Shipping Instructions
VastraBuzz collaborates with courier partners Delhivery and DTDC to offer pan-India delivery services with a flat delivery charge of ₹100.
Products will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days once the order is confirmed.
Delivery takes place from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday. Please keep your phone line accessible.
Delivery Terms
The courier agent will attempt delivery up to three times.
If the recipient cannot be contacted after three delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse by the courier company.
To request redelivery, kindly submit your application via email. An additional redelivery fee of ₹100 will be charged, and the initial delivery fee is non-refundable.
After receiving your redelivery request, we will coordinate with the courier to arrange a repeat delivery within 1–2 working days, and the delivery lead time will be recalculated anew.
